Our community is diverse and filled with activities for families with children. We always dreamt of starting a family together and cannot wait for it to come true!

Our Story
We met during engineering school, but really started dating only in 2003 after we decided to pursue our careers in different countries. It was our friendship and strong values of loyalty and love that fueled the engine for a long drive to marriage! Funnily, “long scenic drives” is indeed our favorite activity together. We can’t wait to share our love with a child and want more than anything to become parents.
We had a colorful wedding in India in 2008, blessed by more than 300 friends and relatives. Mukund was already based in the US working as a software engineer, and Neelu joined him soon after to settle in California. Since then, we live and breathe the true spirit of both Indian and American cultures, filled with opportunities that are supported by a strong foundation of tradition. We will honor and celebrate your child’s cultural or faith traditions as well!

About Mukund by Neelu
Mukund is a kind-hearted, family-loving guy who is always full of energy be it at work or play. His intellect and focus have made him excel at many talents, earn success at work, but his humility is what wins the heart. He is my strength as he can find a silver lining in the darkest of clouds.
Mukund- 5 months of paternity leave! Can’t wait to stay home and bond with our little one.
About Neelu by Mukund
Neelu is friendly and outgoing, with a contagious smile. I could spend all my time with her. And so could a lot of other people, including my parents! She takes a keen interest in family life, be it healthy cooking or planning get-togethers. Neelu has a lot of creative talents to share and stimulate a child with, and I can already imagine how great a mom she will be.
Neelu mentors and tutors young kids in the community to share her love through volunteering. Neelu has taken a detour from her Sales career, onto focusing on being a stay-at-home mom for our child.

We’d Like You to Meet Our Family
Our parents visit us annually from India, and spend at least a couple months with us. They can’t wait to welcome the little one home, and spend quality time together as grandparents. We each have an older brother, married and settled in India with kids. We love video-chatting with our nieces and nephews over the weekends.
We also have family and cousins across New York, Harrisburg, Connecticut and Seattle. 3 cousins live right here in the Bay Area! Our closest friends who have been there for us at the drop of a hat are part of our big family too! For the last 10 years, we have had a tradition of hosting our friends over for Thanksgiving dinner. It’s our gesture of gratitude towards both the country and our friends.
